Definitions

Aerosolized - To be turned into a fine mist. Aerosolized particles are of a certain size to assure that they properly attach themselves to that part of the lungs where they can do the most good.

Allergic shiners - brown cirles under the eye

Bronchiolitis - An inflamation of the small airways or bronchioles. Source

Exocrine System - A system of glands that secrete their products via a duct. Including digestive, sweat and salivary glands.

Macrophages - Large cells, capable of ingesting and destroying foreign matter, found in connective tissue, especially in areas of inflammation. Source

Oxygen Saturation - A measure of the amount of oxygen in the bloodstream. Presented as a percent value. For example an oxygen saturation of 97% would mean that 97% of your red blood cells are oxygenated.
